Advising Clients on Re-Mortgages

As a London Mortgage Company IDFM (City) Ltd has recently been advising clients looking to remortgage to seek advice from our mortgage broker 4 months before the expiry of the special rate period relating to their mortgage.

Our Greenwich mortgage brokers and Bermondsey mortgage brokers have reported that clients who book their rates early have benefited. This is because rates have been on the increase and by securing rates early clients are able to have a mortgage offer issued which is valid for 3-6 months.

The London mortgage market is weaker than this time last year due to a drop in property sales and due to lender lending criteria being more strict. As a leading IFA in London our firm is able to offer remortgage solutions from the 'whole market'.
