These fees are contingent fees and are fully refundable on completion of an ‘intermediary’ mortgage where a commission is generated to cover the cost of our services.
Our firm will be paid a commission by the lender on successful completion of the mortgage.

A fee of 0.35% of the loan amount is payable by the client on completion and we will refund to you any commission we receive from the lender. For example on a mortgage of £200,000 the fee would be £700.

 

Solution Implementation

  • complete relevant paperwork and forward to lender
  • work closely with your lender, solicitor and surveyor to manage the process right through to achieving a satisfactory mortgage offer.
  • you will be appointed a mortgage case handler who will keep you updated with the progress of the mortgage application
  • issue a ‘suitability report’ detailing the reasoning supporting the advice
